Before HAWKINS, P.J., and PRATHER and BLASS, JJ.

Conviction of Adultery and Fornication and Sentence of Five (5) Years’ in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections is Affirmed. Hancock County is taxed with all costs of this appeal.
