for the Court:

Ricky Allen was a co-defendant with Johnny Lee Ford. He was tried at the same time on the same record with the same issues on appeal.

His case is controlled by Ford v. State, 589 So.2d 1261 (Miss. 1991).

REVERSED AND RENDERED. APPELLANT DISCHARGED.
