James v. . Baker

Opinion of the Court

Pee OueiaM.

Tbe exceptions debated before us, and wbicb are brought forward in plaintiff’s brief, deal principally with tbe charge of tbe court on tbe subject of constructive and adverse possession. After a careful perusal of tbe record, as it relates to these exceptions, we are unable to discover any error. Tbe case seems to have been tried in substantial conformity to our decisions on tbe subject, and we have found no sufficient reason for disturbing tbe result of tbe trial.

No error.
