The appeal comes to this Court upon a demurrer ore terms. The grounds for demurrer are not specified as required by C. S., 512. The reason for requiring such demurrers to specify the legal grounds upon which they are based was discussed and applied in Seawell v. Cole, 194 N. C., 546; Enloe v. Ragle, 195 N. C., 38; Scales v. Trust Co., 195 N. C., 772.
Affirmed.
