Huff v. Huff

Huff v. Huff
Supreme Court of North Carolina · Decided November 1, 1967
271 N.C. 709; 157 S.E.2d 360; 1967 N.C. LEXIS 1269

Huff v. Huff

Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam.

The evidence offered in behalf of Harold Huff and that offered in behalf of Myrtle Huff was in sharp and irreconcilable conflict. The questions of fact were for determination by the court. There was ample evidence to support the court’s findings of fact; and these findings provide ample support for the court’s pen-dente lite order. Hence, the order of the court below is affirmed.

Affirmed.
