The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 12th day of April 2005 by Defendant for extension of time to file brief on 18 April 2005:

*29"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Department of Crime Control, et al.) shall have up to and including the 18th day of April 2005 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 12th day of April 2005."
