The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 24th day of October 2005 by Petitioner for Extension of Time to Respond to Motion to Take Judicial Notice and Motion for Sanctions and Memorandum of Additional Authority:

"Motion Allowed. Petitioner shall have up to and including the 3rd day of November 2005 to file and serve his/her response with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 25th day of October 2005."
