Opinion of the Court
The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 9th day of June 2006 by Defendant to Extend Time to Investigate and Prepare Transcript:
"Motion Allowed. Court reporter shall have up to and including the 27th day of July 2006 to investigate and prepare transcript.
