The following order has been entered on the joint motion filed on the 13th day of July 2006 by Appellant (Attorney General) and Appellee (Piedmont Natural Gas Co.) for Extension of Time to File Appellant's Brief:
"Motion Allowed. Appellant (Attorney General) shall have up to and including the 19th day of September 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 20th day of July 2006."
