The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 31st day of October *5472006 by Petitioner for Extension of Time to File Brief:

"Motion Allowed. Petitioner (Carillon Assisted Living) shall have up to and including the 20th day of November 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 1st day of November 2006."
