The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 14th of September 2015 by Defendant and Third-Party Plaintiffs:

"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 14th of September 2015."

Defendant and Third-Party Plaintiffs shall have up to and including the 26th day of October 2015 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
