In light of the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States in Packingham v. North Carolina, 582 U.S. ----, 137 S. Ct. 1730, --- L.Ed. 2d ---- (2017), reversing our judgement in State v. Packingham, 368 N.C. 380, 777 S.E.2d 738 (2015), and remanding the case to this Court, we now remand this case to the Court of Appeals, with instructions to remand it to the Superior Court, Durham County, for vacatur of its judgment against defendant entered on 30 May 2012.
