*641The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 28th of July 2017 by Amicus Honorable James B. Hunt, Jr. and Honorable Burley B. Mitchell:

"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 2nd of August 2017."

Amicus shall have up to and including the 10th day of August 2017 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
