The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 25th of September 2017 by Plaintiff for Extension of Time to File Response to Petition for Discretionary Review Prior to a Determination of NC Court of Appeals:
"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 26th of September 2017."
Plaintiff shall have up to and including the 26th day of October, 2017 to Respond to Petition for Discretionary Review.
