Opinion of the Court
The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 16th of November 2017 by Center for Biological Diversity, Food and Water Watch, Friends of the Earth, Greenpeace, Inc., and Institute for Local Self-Reliance for leave to file Amicus Curiae Brief:
