Upon consideration of the Petition for Discretionary Review filed by the Defendant on the 10th day of October, 2017, the Court allows the Defendant's Petition for Discretionary Review for the limited purpose of remanding this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration of the merits of the Defendant's argument concerning the issue of mistrial.
