The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 27th of August 2018 by the Honorable James G. Martin, the Honorable James B. Hunt, Jr., the Honorable Michael F. Easley, the Honorable Beverly E. Perdue, and the Honorable Patrick L. McCrory for leave to file Amicus Curiae Brief:
