Alcorta’s Motion for Release on Bail (Doc. No. 5) is denied. Additionally, I approve the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Andrea K. Johnstone dated July 13, 2021, noting that no objection has been filed with the court. Accordingly, I deny Alcorta’s Motion for Order of Default (Doc.
