This is an appeal from a judgment of the Tax Court, 3 N.J.Tax 187 “... insofar as said judgment denied discrimination relief for tax years, 1976, 1977 and 1979.” We affirm substantially for the reasons expressed by Judge Andrew in his opinion of August 14, 1981.
