THE Court taking into Confidcration this Cafe, and it appearing to depend on the Deciiion, in the Cafe of the State againfl: James Anderfon, on the Habeas Corpus of A'egro Silas, September Term, 1790, ordered, 1 hat the faid Negro Rachel be difeharged and entirely liberated from the Cnftcdy of the faid William Laird, on the Motion of the Attorney-General.
