THE Court hM¿BggfajTfklered this Cafe, and it appearing tha^i^feJSme depends on the Decifions in the Cafe of the Stéte againft James Anderfon, on the Ha-beas Corpus of Negro Silas, September Terra, lygo, ordered that the faid Negro Agnus be difeharged, and entirely liberated from *he Cuitody of the faid Benjamin Covenhoven, on Motion of the Attorney-General.
