Riker v. Corley
Riker v. Corley
3 N.J.L. 911
Opinion of the Court
— The indorsement in blank was an authority for the indorsee to over-write an assignment, and this might have been done even at the trial; but as it was not done, it did not appear that Corley had any interest in the note.
Judgment reversed.
