The suit in this case was brought to recover damages for the breach of a contract dated on or about May loth, 1920,' by which the defendant agreed ro sell to the plaintiff one thousand assorted gross tons of square corrugated 'concrete reinforcing steel bars, at the agreed, price ranging from $4.25 to $4.50 per one hundred pounds, depending upon the size, iSre. The trial resulted in a verdict for the defendant.
The rule to show cause is discharged.
