Per Curiam.

The judgment is affirmed for the reasons expressed in the majority opinion of Judge Haneman in the court below.

Mr. Chief Justice Weintbaub and Mr. Justice Schettino vote to reverse the judgment for the reasons expressed in the dissenting opinion of Judge Ereund.
