Opinion of the Court

It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to proceed as an indigent (M-442) is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for acceleration (M-445) is dismissed as moot; and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for miscellaneous relief (M-446), motion for a stay (M-444), and motion for leave to appeal (M-443) are denied.
