It is ORDERED that the motions of BASF Catalysts, LLC for leave to file an *1275overlength brief (M-677) and to impound the record pending disposition of the appeal in the Appellate Division (M-680) are granted; and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal (M-679) is granted and the matter is summarily remanded to the Superior Court, Appellate Division to consider on the merits; and it is further
