This matter having been duly presented on the recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board (DRB 18-272), it is ORDERED that MARIO J. PERSIANO of HAINESPORT , who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2005, and who was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three months, effective May 22, 2018 by Order of this Court filed April 24, 2018, be restored to the practice of law, effective immediately.
