It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted and summarily remanded to the Superior Court, Law Division for reconsideration of the application of the Sex Crime Victim Treatment Fund (SCVTF) penalty, in light of State v. Bolvito, 217 N.J. 221 (2014). Jurisdiction is not retained.
