It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to the issues articulated in points I and II of defendant's petition, including defendant's challenge to the appellate panel's purported creation of, and retroactive application of, "a new rule of professional conduct," and the panel's invalidation of the retainer agreement.
