Opinion of the Court
It is ORDERED that the miscellaneous motion to amend the record to include the documents contained in the Appellate Division appendix on appeal in A-002607-15, but omitted from the copies filed with the Supreme Court (M-1023) is granted; and it is further
ORDERED that the miscellaneous motions for the Court to take original jurisdiction (M-1024), or alternatively, for a remand (M-1025) are denied.
