1 {1} Partial summary affirmance and partial summary reversal was proposed for the reasons stated in the notice of proposed summary disposition. No memorandum opposing partial summary affirmance and partial summary reversal has been filed and the time for doing so has expired.

5 {2} We are reversing the district court’s finding that “the relationship of the parties is that of an ‘intimate partner’ as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 921(a)(32).” [RP 19] We are affirming the district court’s order in all other respects.
