Order Adopting Report and 5 Recommendation and Dismissing Case Las Vegas Police Department, 6 Defendant [ECF No.5] 7 8 9 On April 11, 2018, the court dismissed plaintiff Adulhakim Habibullah’s claims and gave 10 him 30 days to file an amended complaint.1 He was warned that his “[f]ailure to file an amended 11 complaint w[ould] result in a recommendation that this case be dismissed.”2 Habibullah filed 12 nothing, and the magistrate judge recommends that I dismiss this case.3 The deadline for 13 objections to that recommendation passed without objectionor any request to extend the 14 deadline to file one. “[N]o review is required of a magistrate judge’s report and recommendation 15 unless objections are filed.”4 16 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the magistrate judge’s report and recommendation 17 [ECF No. 5] is ADOPTEDin full; 18 19 20 21 1 ECF No. 3. 22 2 Id. at 4. 3 ECF No. 5. 23 4 Schmidt v.
