Order Adopting Report and 6 Recommendation, Granting Motion for Remand, Denying Cross-Motion to Affirm, Andrew Saul, Acting Commissioner of Social and Remanding Case 7 Security, 8 Defendant [ECF Nos.14, 21, 26] 9 10 Glenn Davidson Arthur brings this action to review the Commissioner of Social 11 Security’s denial of his applicationfor Title II Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits. 12 Magistrate JudgeBaldwinrecommends that Igrant Arthur’s motion to remand, deny the 13 Commissioner’s cross-motion to affirm, and remand this case for an award of benefits.1 The 14 deadline for objections to that recommendation was February 28, 2020, and no party has filed an 15 objection to it or moved to extend the deadline to do so. “[N]o review is required of a magistrate 16 judge’s report and recommendation unless objections are filed.”2 17 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the magistrate judge’s report and recommendation 18 [ECF No. 26] is ADOPTEDin full; 19 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THATplaintiff’s motion for reversal or remand[ECF No. 20 14] is GRANTEDand the Commissioner’s cross-motion to affirm [ECF No. 21] is DENIED. 21 22 1 ECF No. 26. 23 2 Schmidt v.
