5 Plaintiff Order Adopting Report & Recommendation 6 and Dismissing Action v. 7 Law Office of Michael A. Troiano, et al., 8 [ECF No. 4]
9 Defendants. 10 11 On July 22, 2021, the magistrate judge entered an order requiring the plaintiff to file an 12 application to proceed in forma pauperis or to pay the filing fee by August 6, 2021. The plaintiff 13 was warned that the failure to file or pay the fee by that deadline would result in a 14 recommendation that this case be dismissed.1 When the plaintiff filed nothing by that deadline 15 and did not pay the fee, the magistrate judge entered a report and recommendation (R&R) that 16 this case be dismissed.2 The deadline for the plaintiff to object to that recommendation was 17 October 1, 2021, and the plaintiff neither filed objections nor moved to extend the deadline to do 18 so. “[N]o review is required of a magistrate judge’s report and recommendation unless 19 objections are filed.”3 Having reviewed the R&R, I find good cause to adopt it, and I do.
