9 Defendants 10 11 On August 16, 2021, the court ordered Plaintiff Ronald J. Allison to file an application to 12 proceed in forma pauperis or pay the filing fee by September 8, 2021, or risk dismissal of this 13 case.1 Because Allison did neither, the magistrate judge entered a report and recommendation 14 that this case be dismissed.2 The deadline for the plaintiff to object to that recommendation was 15 November 3, 2021, and the plaintiff neither filed objections nor moved to extend the deadline to 16 do so. “[N]o review is required of a magistrate judge’s report and recommendation unless 17 objections are filed.”3 Having reviewed the R&R, I find good cause to adopt it, and I do.
