10 11 Dolly Belle filed this action for review of an Administrative Law Judge’s disability 12 determination on behalf of her minor child, J.S. The magistrate judge considered her unopposed 13 Motion to Reverse or, in the Alternative, Remand1 and recommends that it be granted in part and 14 denied in part. She further recommends that this case be remanded to the Commissioner of 15 Social Security for additional proceedings consistent with sentence four of
42 U.S.C. § 405(g).2 16 The deadline for any party to object to that recommendation was November 19, 2021, and no 17 party objected or moved to extend the deadline to do so. “[N]o review is required of a magistrate 18 judge’s report and recommendation unless objections are filed.”3 Having reviewed the R&R, I 19 find good cause to adopt it, and I do. 20 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge’s Amended Report and 21 Recommendation [ECF No. 45] is ADOPTED in its entirety, and the original R&R [ECF No. 22 44] is rejected as moot.
