8 On December 10, 2021, the magistrate judge ordered Plaintiff Germani Marie Madden to 9 show cause by January 7, 2022, why this case should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter 10 jurisdiction.1 Madden filed nothing, so the magistrate judge recommends that this case be 11 dismissed without prejudice to its refiling in state court.2 The deadline for Madden to object to 12 that recommendation was February 3, 2022, and she filed no objection and did not ask to extend 13 the deadline to do so. “[N]o review is required of a magistrate judge’s report and 14 recommendation unless objections are filed.”3 Having reviewed the report and recommendation, 15 I find good cause to adopt it, and I do. 16 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the magistrate judge’s report and recommendation 17 [ECF No. 8] is ADOPTED in its entirety. This case is DISMISSED for want of 18 19 20
