11 Pending before the Court is a stipulation to stay discovery pending resolution of a motion to compel arbitration. Docket No. 50. In considering the pertinent standards, see, e.g., Arik v. 13] Meyers, 2020 WL 515843, at *1 (D. Nev. Jan. 31, 2020), the Court finds a stay of discovery to be 14] warranted. Accordingly, the stipulation to stay discovery is GRANTED. To the extent the motion 15] to compel arbitration is denied with respect to either defendant, a proposed discovery plan must 16] be filed within seven days of such ruling.
