8 The magistrate judge recommends that the court dismiss this case because plaintiff has 9 not complied with this court’s order to either pay the filing fee or provide a complete application 10 to proceed in forma pauperis by February 21, 2022.1 The deadline for the plaintiff to object to 11 that recommendation was April 18, 2022, and plaintiff filed nothing and did not ask to extend the 12 deadline to do so. “[N]o review is required of a magistrate judge’s report and recommendation 13 unless objections are filed.”2 Having reviewed the report and recommendation, I find good 14 cause to adopt it, and I do. 15 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge’s Report and 16 Recommendation [ECF No. 7] is ADOPTED in its entirety.
