8 The magistrate judge has reviewed the plaintiff’s motion for default judgment1 and, in an 9 eleven-page report and recommendation, recommends that this court grant it in part.2 The 10 deadline for any party to object to that recommendation was May 6, 2022, and no party filed 11 anything or asked to extend the deadline to do so. “[N]o review is required of a magistrate 12 judge’s report and recommendation unless objections are filed.”3 Having reviewed the report 13 and recommendation, I find good cause to adopt it, and I do. 14 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge’s Report and 15 Recommendation [ECF No. 13] is ADOPTED in its entirety. The motion for default judgment 16 [ECF No. 12] is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as stated in the Report and 17 Recommendation. 18 19 20
