After the order for EAJA fees is entered, the government will 13 || determine whether they are subject to any offset. 14 Fees shall be made payable to Plaintiff, but if the Department of the Treasury determines that 15 || Plaintiff does not owe a federal debt, then the government shall cause the payment of fees and 16 || expenses to be made directly to Olinsky Law Group, pursuant to the assignment executed by Plaintiff. 17 || Any payments made shall be delivered to Olinsky Law Group. Any payment of costs may be made 18 || either by electronic fund transfer (EFT) or by check. 19 This stipulation constitutes a compromise settlement of Plaintiff's request for EAJA attorney 20 || fees, and does not constitute an admission of liability on the part of Defendant under the EAJA or 21 || otherwise.
