Having 10 independently reviewed this matter and determined that this court lacks subject-matter 11 jurisdiction over this case, the magistrate judge now recommends that the district court dismiss 12 it.2 The deadline for any party to object to that recommendation was August 2, 2022, and no 13 party filed anything or asked to extend the deadline to do so. “[N]o review is required of a 14 magistrate judge’s report and recommendation unless objections are filed.”3 Having reviewed 15 the report and recommendation, I find good cause to adopt it, and I do. 16 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge’s Report and 17 Recommendation [ECF No. 4] is ADOPTED in its entirety and THIS CASE IS DISMISSED 18 without prejudice for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction.
