26 1. Mr. O’Leary, counsel for Plaintiff, will be travelling out of the country on | |July 18, 2023, and unable to attend the currently set telephonic case management conference | Jon July 18, 2023. Ms. McLetchie will be attending to a family health matter on July 18, 2023, | |making it unlikely she will be able to attend the case management conference as set.

3 2. Counsel for the Parties have met and conferred via email to confirm they 4] are available on July 25, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. to attend a telephonic case management | |conference.

6 3. In advance of the mandatory case management conference, each party shall | |file a case management report no later than Tuesday, July 18, 2023.

8 4. This stipulation is not sought for any improper purpose or other purpose of | |delay. This stipulation is based upon Plaintiff's counsel’s schedule.
