5 Plaintiffs Order Adopting Report & Recommendation 6 and Dismissing Action v. 7 Lobel Financial, et al., 8 [ECF No. 7]

9 Defendants 10 11 On October 4, 2023, the magistrate judge ordered plaintiff Nia Bond to update her 12 address in compliance with Local Rule IA 3-1 by July 10, 2023.1 The plaintiff was warned that 13 her failure to update her address by that deadline would result in a recommendation that this case 14 be dismissed.2 When Bond did not update her address and filed nothing by that deadline, the 15 magistrate judge entered a report and recommendation that this case be dismissed.3 Bond had 14 16 days after being served with that report and recommendation to object, and she neither filed 17 objections nor moved to extend the deadline to do so. “[N]o review is required of a magistrate 18 judge’s report and recommendation unless objections are filed.”4 Having reviewed the R&R, I 19 find good cause to adopt it, and I do.
