Thus, pursuant to Federal 14 Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(i), Plaintiff provides notice that this action also is dismissed 15 against T1 Payments, LLC and Cetler with prejudice, with each of Plaintiff, T1 Payments, LLC, 16 and Cetler to bear its own respective attorney’s fees and costs.
