Couvillier, III, United States Magistrate Judge, entered on January 23, 16 2025. A district court “may accept, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, the findings or 17 recommendations made by the magistrate.”

(b)(1). A party may file specific 18 written objections to the findings and recommendations of a magistrate judge.
