Albregts, United States Magistrate Judge, entered on October 15 30, 2024. A district court “may accept, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, 16 the findings or recommendations made by the magistrate.”

(b)(1). A party 17 may file specific written objections to the findings and recommendations of a magistrate judge. 18

(1985). 24 Pursuant to Local Rule IB 3-2(a), objections were due by November 13, 2024. No objections 25 have been filed.
