Review of the district court docket and minute entries indicates that no order, oral or written, was entered on October 11, 2021. To the extent that appellant's appeal is in regard to the judgment of conviction entered on March 9, 2020, or the order dismissing a postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus entered on July 9, 2021, the notice of appeal was untimely filed. See Lozada v. State, 110 Nev. 349, 352, 871 P.2d 944, 946 (1994) (explaining that an untimely notice of appeal fails to vest jurisdiction in this court). Accordingly, this court ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.'
