No opinion. Decree punishing appellant for contempt reversed, and appellant discharged from imprisonment, with leave to renew the application in case there be any deficiency for which the said appellant, Thomas Rogers, is personally liable, after a sale of the property transferred to the estate by his co-trustee, William Gauldwell. See 48 N. Y. Supp. 175, 53 N. Y. Supp. 25.
