PER CURIAM.

Order appealed from modified, by striking out the words, “That the judgment herein be modified, so as to provide that,” in lines 4 and 5 of folio 155 of the printed case, and by adding at the end of the order the words, “Until the further order of the court,” and, as thus modified, affirmed, without costs of the appeal to either party. See 63 N. Y. Supp. 884.
